Chef Annie has rolled up her sleeves for a special experience at Coco Bodu Hithi!

Once a week, you can book a Thai dinner with cooking demonstration at the Coco Residence library with Chef Annie. Brining an authentic taste of Thailand and a genuine home-cooked vibe to this dining experience, Annie is inviting you to join a shared family-style dinner experience with other fellow guests. 

While cooking, Annie shares details about the ingredients, explaining moments behind the creation of the dishes, and tips with tricks on how to perfect each dish. 

With highlights such as classic Thai canapés like Ka Nom Pang Na Gai (deep fried minced prawn on toast) and Larb Kai Poh Pia Sod, everyone’s favourite spicy minced chicken spring roll, the menu is full of aromatics and rich flavours. Top tip from us? Expect something different for dessert! And no, it’s not sticky rice and mangoes.
