How To Do Your Own Coco Spa Facial Massage

May, 16 2019

Our Coco Spa therapists are sharing their knowledge and expertise so that you can recreate your own Coco Spa experience at home. Follow these simple steps just once a day to reduce puffiness, tighten the skin, and give your face a wonderful glow.

1. Prep your skin
Start off by washing your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap. Cleanse your face with a gentle face wash and rinse with warm water. Pat your face dry with a clean towel.

2. Incorporate your facial massage to your existing skincare routine
Follow your normal skincare routine. Our Coco Spa therapists recommend following your facial cleanse with a toner and under eye cream, followed by a serum and face cream. You can follow the massage steps as you apply either the serum or the face cream

3. Third Eye Massage
Using the padded tips of your index and middle fingers, start by massaging from the space between your eyebrows up to the hairline. Sweep your fingers from the centre of your forehead above your eyebrows, going out to your temples. Use long, sweeping motions to stimulate the lymphatic system.

4. Under the eyes
Using the padded tips of your ring fingers, slowly and gently stroke the area underneath your eyes. Begin from the inner corners of your eyes, sweeping up and out to your temples.

5. Chin
Make the peace sign with your index and middle fingers, then curl them inwards like claws. Keeping your hands horizontal, fit your chin in the gap between your fingers. Start from the middle and massage the lower part of your face by dragging your fingers out and up towards the ears.

6. Neck
Use the palms of your hands to stroke up your neck from the collarbone to your chin.
