Chef Johnny Gu shares with us his exclusive dinner menu ahead of his residency at Coco Bodu Hithi. Incorporating Maldivian ingredients with traditional Chinese flavours, his 5-course dinner promises to be a truly unique gastronomic experience. 

Chef Johnny will be hosting his dinners at Aqua on 12th March and 16th March 2019.
